It’s always hard to put into words who we truly are we’re all constantly growing, shifting, and evolving. But for now, here’s a little window into who I am and what has shaped the path I walk today.

I’m Clodagh - an Irish Caillen, living in the beautiful sunny South East and you are so welcome to this space. Originally a Dublin girl, I’ve called Gorey home for over 25 years, where I live with my life partner PJ and our little dog Flo, who brings so much joy to our days.

My business - Zen Activation, was born in 2020.  A time that for many of us, felt like a collective awakening. It was a homecoming to myself; a deep remembering that there is more to life than this constant race - and it uncovered a desire to help others discover that same sense of inner peace and connection.

Over the years I have worn many different hats, working in the service industry, retail, insurance, finance and child minding. I was working a high-stress job, commuting long hours every week, when the Covid lockdown caused that chapter of life to suddenly end. And with that ending, I found an unexpected gift of freedom. I began spending all my time in nature, slowing down and reconnecting with the stillness within. That sense of peace and calm felt like nothing I had ever known before and it became the foundation of everything I now share through my work.

My spiritual journey began at around 12 or 13 - my mum and I attended spiritual development classes together, learning about energy, intuition, and the spirit world. I also became attuned to Reiki as a teenager, which opened my heart to the world of healing. 

I am also honoured to walk the path of an Irish Sacred Land Priestess of Coire Sois, a lineage that invites me to live in deep relationship with the land, the elements, and the turning of the Celtic Wheel of the Year. Through this practice, I explore how we can align our lives with the natural rhythms - honouring the light and dark, the seasons of growth and rest and the sacred cycles that mirror our own inner journeys.

My work is deeply rooted in the wisdom of the land - the whispers of the trees, the healing power of native plants, the mythology and stories of our ancestors and the presence of the ancient gods and goddesses who still walk beside us. This connection reminds me daily that we are not separate from nature, but an expression of it - part of an ever-living, breathing, web of life.

I am continuing my priestess training to become a Celtic Celebrant - a path that feels like a true homecoming. It is a calling to hold sacred space for others during life’s transitions; to honour birth, union, death, and all the thresholds in between with presence, authenticity, and reverence.

At the heart of all I do, my deepest joy lies in holding space for others to reconnect with themselves. To remember their own light, strength, and innate wisdom. I believe that when we come home to ourselves, we naturally come home to the earth, to one another, and to the sacredness of life itself.
